Extraordinary is a word I would associate with Joseph and his team of professionals. Check this out: I purchased a condo worth of Somfy shades from a designer - over $10k invested. When it came time for warranty service, I was hung out to dry since the Somfy distributor did not recognize my purchase. As it turned out, the designer is not a Somfy dealer.
